Your peace of mind

All the necessary checks & research into clear ownership, title deeds, land boundaries, gypsies, structural surveys, neighbours & neighbourhood, transport, utilities, amenities, outstanding debts & claims have been done already, when we bought them. If there were any problems, we've solved them already.

Of course, a lot of you are still "Doubting Thomases", and I don't blame you at all.

You need to be very careful and it's a big step. Get a UK lawyer's opinion on everything. Then ask yourself.

"Where else can I buy property like this in an EU country, and who will I trust instead?"

So, what are you waiting for ?
