[ it means "light your pipe" = the time it takes to walk across the village ] has had a TV program made about it being the perfect mountain village.

In ancient times, a famous stopping place between Vratsa & the Danube port of Lom.

Large fresh water spring

Secluded, sought after tiny village with under 100 people, but has a railway station with 6 trains each way each day, wonderful countryside, river, surrounding hills, very helpful mayor. Adjoins a large primaeval forest.

1/2 mile away is a good river for fishing and swimming.
